An emergency is considered a loss of heat, a loss of air conditioning, a leak, a flood, or a loss of gas or electricity that is not explained by your utilities company or natural disaster. If any of these occur within the first year, please contact us 24/7 at:

Warranty Request

Please submit any warranty requests through Marks systems. You will be emailed an invitation to access the site within the first week after you close. If you are having trouble accessing Marks systems or you have not seen an invitation, please contact warranty@arivehomes.com or call 385-999-5625.
