Buyer construction deposit must be paid at the time of interest rate lock. Buyer is responsible for any extension fees, if applicable, if closing settlement is delayed due to buyer delays. If settlement is delayed for any reason attributable to Arive Homes, any extension fees, if applicable, required to extend the rate lock will be paid by Arive Homes. Buyer must meet all timeline deadlines outlined by Arive Homes to qualify. Some restrictions may apply, and some loan types and amounts may not qualify, please ask on Arive agent for details. the use of this long-term rate lock precludes the buyer from using any other Arive offered preferred lender incentive.
