Start by Choosing a Floor Plan

The first step in building a home with Arive Homes is choosing a floor plan. This can be a difficult decision for many people because there are so many to pick from. How do you know where to start? To help make your decision easier, create a list of wants and needs. How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you need, and how many parking spaces will you need in a garage?

Also, consider any features of your lot, such as the direction of the sunlight. Do you want a beautiful view of the mountains from your master bedroom and kitchen area to be bright and sunny? Those are just a few things to consider when choosing a floor plan.

Modify the Interior

Once you’ve found a floor plan, you can sit down with our architects to modify any plans according to your needs. Let’s say you choose the Hailey floor plan but want a bigger master bedroom. We can move interior and exterior walls around, allowing for a bigger space. Do you want to move the master bedroom and bathroom by the kitchen? Just ask. Our talented team of architects can customize the size and layout of any space, including the garage.

Once we’ve discussed any changes, we’ll present the modified floor plan for final approval. Allowing you to change and customize your floor plan differentiates us from other builders.
